We have stayed at this property now over a dozen nights and the place is clean, comfy and super easy to get to off the main roads. It is convenient to many ancillary services. What made all the difference is Beth at the front desk. She was consistently kind, patient and professional!
We were looking for a home away from home while waiting to move into an apartment after relocating from out of state. We chose TownePlace Suites and stayed for 6 nights. It did not disappoint! Room was great and Beth was amazing! They even gave us an extended stay discount, which was a bonus. Location was good too. It's next door to a convenience store and a very short drive to Walmart and other shopping.
Came into town with my mom for an overnight stay as we were in town for a 75th birthday party. Where should I start, customer service. Beth was amazing! She made sure our room was ready on time and was more than helpful in answering all questions I had. The room was way more than anticipated. It was a 2 room suite, perfect for my mother and I. You walk into the kitchen area, followed by the sitting room (which has a tv, pull out queen sofa , and a chair...along with a dining room table with four chairs). Then we went to the two rooms, each having a queen bed. The bathroom was nothing fancy but who needs a fancy bathroom. So this suite could hold 6 people. Location, it was 5 minutes away where we needed to be so we couldn't ask for better. The hotel also offers free laundry, free bottled water on arrival, along with an indoor swimming pool. You also get a pretty decent free breakfast (which has waffles, eggs, sausage, & I am sure bacon other times. It has juices and fruits as well) Outside their is a grilling area. So if you are coming to the area for a week or so, this place is great to go get groceries and make your own meals to save money. An overall great hotel and I would stay again.
The hotel is absolutely amazing. They take great care of us and our rooms. The service is top-tier. I would like to thank Beth for everything she does for us on a daily basis she is a fantastic worker and very friendly.
I am very pleased with the cleanliness, service, breakfast and location of this hotel. I am staying a week and so far has been a great experience. Recommended!

Great for out of town workers like myself. Clean comfortable rooms. Very functional living space. Guests can do laundry free anytime. I work nights , it's always a struggle ti do laundry. This is great! Breakfast, coffee 24-7.
